Direct-Deposit Rental Payments and Transparent Real Estate Investment Accounting
We don’t want you to wait for your rent, so we deposit it electronically into your account promptly and securely. It’s part of the commitment we make to you and your Huntington Beach investment property.
You can expect rent early in the month; when tenants pay on the first of the month, we will process your payment on the sixth. Your payment lands in your bank account, and you also receive an itemized statement reflecting all of the period’s income and expenses. You can also get to these reports any time online through your owner’s portal on our website.
