We don’t want you to wait for your rent, so we deposit it electronically into your account promptly and securely. It’s part of the commitment we make to you and your Huntington Beach investment property. 

You can expect rent early in the month; when tenants pay on the first of the month, we will process your payment on the sixth. Your payment lands in your bank account, and you also receive an itemized statement reflecting all of the period’s income and expenses. Whether your investment property is located in Huntington Beach or the surrounding cities of Irvine, Aliso Viejo, or Costa Mesa, HCM’s standard full-service property management fees are a low fixed rate starting at $99 per month for single-family homes, condos, and town-homes.

There are no set-up fees and no fees while your property is vacant. We only earn our property management fees when we are collecting rent from your tenants.

Dealt with an owner and his agent before getting involved with HCMPM... our deposit was not released at a reasonable time and just a lot of issues that I will never forget. Hate dealing with foreign own properties! They are so unreasonable and have a different mindset than what we are used to in this country.
