Me and my girlfriend was looking for a bigger spot since we out grew our single bedroom apartment. Then we came across this property, and had checked it out since we was just up the street from it. We then contacted Gabby to view the home. Gabby was very helpful and gave us a lot of information on the home. Her response time is quick, even though we knew she had more homes to show but she still stopped and helped us out. Once we moved in, we had other question about the homes which she had got answered for us. She very helpful I would definitely recommend to other to go thru hcm

HCM was extremely helpful renewing our rental property to look like a new house. In particular, getting sub-contractors to repair, refinish and repaint the property. He installed a new bathroom and kitchen with all new fixtures and appliances. Repaired the porch roof, and sub-flooring. Steve Patton (CEO of HCM) was most invaluable in getting the best bids for this project and finished in record time. Thank you Steve, Gabby, Lenny, and Dan for your hard work on this project. I was so very impressed from start to finish about the professionalism and convenience of each step. Signing up for the in person viewing was quick, all via text, with a very professional verification service. The visit was quickly followed by a check in text asking if we wanted to apply, which we did. Transition from automated service to person was fast! Dianne Carlyle is fantastic!!! She helped guide us and was incredibly responsive. She was also kind and funny, which is not necessary, but certainly a plus that put us at ease. Also, the property is obviously everything we wanted at a great price point. We saw two other places with another property management company the same day and the contrast between the two was stark. The other places had serious defects that I felt were not acknowledged because the asking price was still high AND the agents were not as good as Dianne. Total process was from viewing to approved was 2 days and now we are happy as clams!

HCM is very professional and they prepared my house to be rent within a month and found tenant within a month. All process was completed within 2 months. I am so happy working with HCM specially Lenny and Gabby . Thanks so much .

Dianne was extremely helpful and accommodating! I went and saw a condo on a Thursday and told her I needed to sign a lease immediately and move in that weekend and she was able to get everything done in that 24 hour window. Dianne was very nice and answered all questions. I would definitely recommend her.

Have been with HCM since March and have been very happy with their service. Had a horrible experience with a non paying tenant and a property management company that did not know what they were doing. Switched to HCM once tenant was out and very quickly found what seems to be a very good tenant so far. They have been very professional and easy to work, and not to mention cost effective with their management fees. This has meant a lot after having gone through the previous horrific experience. Would definitely recommend them!!
