In our experience, some of the maintenance calls can be handled easily over the phone. We won’t send out a vendor unless it’s necessary. Everyone we work with is licensed and insured.

Work with HCM Property Management for One Flat Fee

Whether your investment property is located in Long Beach, or another part of South-Central Los Angeles like Inglewood, Hawthorne, or Carson, HCM’s standard full-service property management fees are a low fixed rate starting at $99 per month for single-family homes, condos, and town-homes.

There are no set-up fees and no fees while your property is vacant. We only earn our property management fees when we are collecting rent from your tenants.
