Transparent Accounting Systems Let Your Trust your Property Managers
Investing in the best property management technology available has allowed us to deliver our management services more efficiently and transparently. There’s no need for owners to wonder where they stand with their Irvine investment properties; you can hop right onto your online portal and check out financial reports, accounting statements, and supporting documentation.

Paying You Your Rent on Time
Our tenants have the technology required to offer online rental payments. They can securely and conveniently pay their rent using their own online portal. In our experience, this has increased on-time payments and reduced the chance of late or missing payments.
As soon as the rent is received, we process the payment. When your tenants pay rent on time, we’re typically able to finish our part of the process by the sixth of each month.
This is good news for our owners, because it means the rent from that month is electronically deposited into the bank account you have on file with us. There’s no delay, and there’s no waiting until the end of the month.
You will also receive an itemized statement that reflects:
- Rental property income
- Rental property expenses
- Property management fees

Whether we’re leasing your Irvine rental home, responding to a maintenance issue, or negotiating a renewal with your current tenant, our job is to make your life a little easier.

One of the things that many of our owners appreciate is our ability to pay your property-related bills. With our Gold and Platinum property management plans, we’ll coordinate payment of any bills pertaining to your investment property. These may be:
- Mortgage payments
- HOA association dues
- Landscaping and pest control

Online Statements and Owner Portals
Partner with HCM Property Management and you can count on transparent, accountable financial reports and statements. With your rental payment every month, you’ll receive an itemized statement that reflects any income and expenses associated with your property.
But, you don’t have to wait for the statement to come to you.
You can access these reports any time online through your owner’s portal on our website.
On your portal, you can also find access to any documents or invoices that you may need, including inspection reports, lease agreements, repair quotes and recurring bills.
At tax time, we’ll continue to make things easy and stress-free for you by providing a complete and accurate 1099 form, which can go directly to your CPA or accounting professional.
Irvine Property Management and Financial Reporting: Work with HCM
HCM has a standard full-service property management fees, which includes our leasing programs. You can work with us for a low fixed rate starting at $99 per month for single-family homes, condos, and town-homes.
There are no set-up fees and no fees while your property is vacant. We only earn our property management fees when we are collecting rent from your tenants.
