Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance is an important part of protecting your investment’s condition and value. Why wait for things to go wrong? 

With the right preventative measures in place, we’ve found we can reduce the number of emergency repair calls that are made.  

Preventative maintenance is a shared responsibility between your tenant and your Irvine property manager. We work with residents to ensure air filters are changed regularly. We make sure they understand their responsibilities in the lease agreement, and we communicate throughout the lease term about the property’s condition.

There are no set-up fees and no fees while your property is vacant. We only earn our property management fees when we are collecting rent from your tenants.
