HCM Property Management started to manage our rental property one month ago, and we have been very impressed with their work. They coordinated with the tenant to move out smoothly and they were able to put the property back on the market very quickly. It’s amazing they managed to rent it out within one week! Gabby Lopez is our main contact person and she has been on top of everything and get things arranged and taken care of in a timely manner. She is very responsive and professional. It’s definitely the right decision to have HCM to manage our property!
