Sometimes, the emergency can be handled over the phone. If needed, we will promptly send our emergency response vendors to your home to make any needed repairs.

Rental Property Accounting in Los Angeles

We know you’re ready to receive your rent every month, and we’re here to make sure you’re paid promptly and correctly. Rental payments are generally processed on the sixth of each month for the tenants that pay on time. Your rent will be electronically deposited into your bank account and you will receive an itemized Owner’s Report detailing all income and expenses on your property. The reports are also available through the owner’s portal on our website.

Good news – we’ll also pay your bills. It’s included with our Gold and Platinum property management plans. We will pay all of your related property expenses including mortgages, association dues, landscapers, and other vendors. You will receive an owner’s statement each month detailing all rents received and expenses paid on the property.

Los Angeles Property Management for One Flat fee

Our standard full-service property management fees are a low fixed rate starting at $99 per month for single family homes, condos, and town-homes. There are no set-up fees and no fees while your property is vacant. We only earn our property management fees when we are collecting rent from your tenants.
